Here at RBJ Property Surveys, our surveyor Rhys is an Associate Member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also a registered valuer (VRS) and holds a Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.

Rhys completed his Diploma through SAVA school of surveying while also shadowing his father, who has been a surveyor for over 15 years and within the construction industry for 35 years prior. Leading up to his surveying qualification Rhys worked as a Project Manager within the architectural and construction industry. Following qualification, Rhys gained further experience working for a Manchester based surveying company.
Rhys started RBJ Property Surveys in August 2023.
Through his professional training and shadowing of other surveyors, Rhys has gained invaluable expertise and extensive knowledge surrounding methods of construction and how they can fail. With a thorough and diligent approach, RBJ Property Surveys will dedicate an entire day or more if needed to carry out the survey and reflect upon findings. This allows RBJ Property Surveys to deliver a detailed and analytical post survey review and report.
